Suitable for the removal of medium hard greasy residues. Nylon brushes are highly recommended for combinations in square ducts with mixed or PBT brushes. They are the ideal brushes for maintenance cleaning. They do not scratch the inside of the ducts. They achieve an optimal distribution of the foam.
PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) Indicated for medium-hard grease residues with high abrasion and grease descaling power.
PBT is one of the most technologically advanced raw materials of recent conception, it has an excellent elastic recovery. It does not release substances and is certified to international standards. Brushes suitable for use in food environments.
MIXED (Combination Steel and Nylon)
Suitable for the removal of extremely hard grease residues. Highly recommended for the removal of “carbonised” grease.
The steel breaks up the grease and allows the chemical to penetrate the residue. Nylon is responsible for distributing the active foam. Maximum abrasion capacity.
Combination guide for square ducts
The DUO Square system is the ultimate solution for brushing the most stubborn dirt in the corners of square ducts.
The modules have been conceived to combine two brushes of different diameters, material and thickness of the tines in order to adapt the brushing to the shape of the duct in both circular and square ducts. The DUO Square system combines two rows of brushes, the outer core is sized to the duct height and the inner core to the appropriate size to achieve effective brushing in the corner.
You only need to measure the height of the duct
For the cleaning of a square duct you need to use a combination of two brush modules, the outer core is always the same size as the duct height, however the inner module requires a specific dimension to cover the corner angle.
With this guide you will find it very easy to know which brushes are suitable for any duct size.
For stubborn grease, MIXED nylon and steel brushes can be used in the outer core, with the corresponding size indicated in the table.
