Mobile system for cleaning oil retaining filters
Objectives:
Design and production of an automated mobile system, suited to a light electric commercial vehicle, for cleaning with ultrasound technology, rinsing and drying of oil retention filters.
Prototype design:
– Design of the mechanics and electronics of the automated system for cleaning, rinsing and drying.
– Design of the deposits for cleaning and rinsing.
– Design of the equipment control system.
– Design of equipment attachments and safety features.
– Ergonomic, attractive equipment design.
Results:
Creation of an innovative mobile system of an electric vehicle with automatic equipment for the cleaning, rinsing and drying of oil retention filters. It does not need any external input from outside the vehicle. This innovative system is fast, efficient, ecological and free of environmental contamination.
